I just watched this video and wanted to share it here. I know it's been 2 years since he passed but I'm sure he's missed by many to this day. How humble and charismatic and genuine here, and how he brought all the other competitors on stage to celebrate together is just what the bodybuilding industry needs. When did any Mr Olympia do what Cedric did in this video? RIP to the people's champ

Cedric had one of those rare physiques, big, beautiful, tall... As far as a look you want to have for real life, he's up there with Gunter and a few others for best of all time

There is a stark contrast between the winner of the Mens Open and the Womens Open in bodybuilding and there probably always will be. With the women, they surround the winner and immediately begin celebrating like someone just got married now they are all going on an all girls trip to Disneyland together. With the Men, yea not so much. Maybe a hug and a handshake. But I dont think theres anything nefarious or ill willed in this. I question how sincere the women are in that moment in their on stage display before dozens of cameras and millions of viewers.
