Cell turnover rate..?

It has been a while since college but i do remember reading that your body is constantly replacing old cells with new cells and that different parts of the body take different lengths of time to be 100% replaced at a cellular level..does anyway know the breakdown of each body part (internal organs) and such..?

Cell Turnover or new cells

The Gastrointestinal tract is about 2 months.
Nervous and Muscle tissue is 6 months. Nerve cells may take even longer then 6 months.
Of course, this depends on the health condition and the nutritional content of the diet. Organic grown foods have higher levels of the phytochemicals needed for cell production.
