Certain compounds favouring certain macros?

Hey guys, I know its a bit of a basic question, and the last thing on everyone's mind with the current state the world's in, but do you find specific compounds work better with certain macros.

For example. If you were to transition into a caloric surplus and you were running high test (1g+) high tren (700+) and high HGH (8iu+), would a higher protein/higher carb/lower fat diet get more results than other combinations of macros, such as a mod protein/high fat/low carb or even high protein/mod fat/mod carb?
 
I feel the macro split can be specific to a person`s genetics which just takes time to learn and also your goals. Some people just wanna be a certain weight and don`t care about a little extra fat. Some don`t wanna go over 10-12% bf. What are you transitioning from? If it was a low cal, low carb thing, you would get huge benefit from high carb and protein being the body should be primed with higher insulin sensitivity and able to efficiently use those macros.

Yeah thats correct. I flirted with slin towards the end of my cut. It seems now on 600 grams carbs per day im going hypo on even more carbs at the same dosage. Previously 10iu covered me for around 80g during my cut. Now in my transition to off season 10iu with 100g carbs put me at 3.1nmol 2 hours post injection
 
I have heard that tren helps you burn carbs better, no idea if true
