Cervical problems

Anyone here with problems with their cervical vertebrae and if so how did you solve it?

For the past three months I have had pain in my middle finger knuckles and lately the pain shoots up through my arms and I even feel it in my neck.

In the beginning I thought it to be just some sides from the HGH but now I am wondering if all the heavy squatting in my teens have affected me negatively in the cervical area.

sounds like a pinched nerve to me, but im no doctor. id advise you to see an ortho about that to be sure.
pinched nerves sometimes take nothing but rest to resolve. sometimes they take muscle relaxers. personally, id rather let it rest for awhile than pop pills, but you may not have that option.
talk to your doc about it.

I have been there

Long story short:. I went to chrio, and ultimately couldn't help. I got an MRI and they determined I had a herniated disc at C5-C6. I went to a nuerologist, at this point my arm/hand was numb off and on and I had weakness plus some pain. He said he could fix it with surgery. But I elected to
try a coarse of prednisone ,which releived my symptoms and they returned about 1/2 as bad when I quit the prednisone and eventually I felt better.
2 months later the symptoms returned worse.
I considered epidural injections, but my nuero said it was a temporary fix. I scheduled surgery about 2 months out. Then I began my own Anti Inflammation supplementation: Bromelain, Salmon Oil, CherryPharm etc. Also I lookeed at anything that might makeyou retain water: Keep estragen under control, and stay away from HGH until you get rid of the symptoms. I improved and cancelled the surgery and live with mild symptoms, sometimes none at all.
Good luck...

I have had similar problems with my lower back. I had surgery on L4-L4, L5-S1 (Diskectomy and Laminectomy on both) and that was three yeas ago. I was able to go back to competing one time a year after but just this summer is June I have reinjured my back and now have to go and get cortisone injections every month to every 6 weeks. I am just going back to the gym now since June but I have what is called segmented nerve damage and I also went from 230-208lbs. You should get an EMG which is a nerve test to determine how your nerves are functioning. I warn you though it isn't pleasant as they basically electrocute you.

I went to a chiropractor...helped quite a bit

Sounds like pressure on a nerve in the brachial plexus which runs through your axillary area(armpit). Those run off the spinal cord in that area and can become compressed. that pain or numbness in your hands is reffered pain from that pressure way up the line of the course of the nerve.
