anyone ever used his hypertrophy style programs? what were the results or your opinoins?
program basically looks as follows
day one:
chest and back, 10 sets each.
reps:3
load:80% of 1RM
day 3:
legs, abs, calves, 5 sets each
reps 10
load 60% of 1 RM
day 5
chest and back, 5 sets each
reps 10
load 60%
day 7
legs, abs, calves, 10 sets each
reps:3
load:80% of 1RM
program continues for one month. the rest of the program you just up the % of 1RM or raise the reps.
anyone do this style of training. does it work? i have basically just done straight sets or DC style training for the last 2 years. kinda stuck right now and want to try something new, but not gonna waste my time
