You tell me. I'm 10 days pre-diet for the 2012 Nationals. I'm 5'1 and 194 lbs. Hoping to drop 20-23 lbs and step on stage as a middleweight, one weight class up from welterweight at my last show, the 2010 USA. I'm going to post every 2 weeks once actual "contest prep" starts. Give me your honest opinions. Oh yeah, these pics taken with my cell phone camera so not great, but you get the idea.
