Just to elaborate ...
The product didn't look bad (indeed, the discs looked superior -- larger and better formed, as well as uniform, as noted initially), it was just different in terms of labeling and disc size. (Sure, I liked the prior labeling in terms of aesthecis, which is really irrelevant; the new labeling is far superior for quality control.) And I was probably a little impulsive in casting a public inquiry, as I was overwhelmed by the change on all accounts, which was amplified by some sake, the fact that the chick had a hangover before we could even get started, and my rat being a rook.
I was given a complete and compelling explanation, as well as further education, and I am confident that it was entirely genuine. And it so happens that I just stumbled upon the same explanation on this board, given 3+ weeks back, in response to someone that voiced a similar issue, though perhaps a little less artfully initially. Notwithstanding, it was handled very well, and that person was treated generously and expressed gratitude and pleasure with the outcome
Consequently, I removed the pics. No mention of the company's name was revealed in any form, and please don't PM me to ask. As stated, there was a concern over change, but no inference of any wrongdoing or substandard product. I am very happy with response and outcome, which reinforces my initial positive impressions.
