I love her breathy little gasps at about the 3:57 mark. As a teenage boy in the 80's, shows with hot fitness girls like this definitely gave me the urge to...umm...start exercising. ;-)

Sadly, my family didn't even have cable, or own a VCR, until after I had gone off to college. But I have fond memories of going over friend's houses to watch shows like BodyShaping, and American Muscle, and the Flex Magazine Workout, and Kiana Tom's Flex Appeal.

It was a more innocent time, at least for us. But we all had to grow up someday.

Watching Penny Price was almost as much fun as watching Kiana Tom. I thought she was just beautiful back then. She aged well too.
I liked Penny a lot and got to work on this video with her.

The functional trainer in me has to question the wisdom of wearing a Valeo weightlifting belt through the entire workout, even for exercises like hyperextensions and leg curls. But that was the 80's for you, get a gym membership, buy a weightlifting belt. Somewhere, Stuart McGill is crying right now.

But as a male appreciator of the aesthetic female form, I'd be happy to watch Penny Price work her glutes any day of the week, and twice on Sundays. ;-)

Mike O´Hearn, I don´t think anybody has been on more magazine covers than him.

He actually looks pretty natural there, GREAT GENETICS actually superb genetics but not that huge and not as cut. I think he was natural for a long time actually before slamming 700mg of tren a day

Anybody remember Chet Yorton?

He beat Arnold at the 66 Universe; I think his story was that he suffered a bad accident in high school, and picked up weight lifting as a form of rehab to recover from his injuries. I read about his passing last year.

I trained at his gym in Las Vegas when I was there for the Mr. U. He
seemed to a bit of a hard ass but once you got past that he was a
nice guy. Good physique too. If I remember he had a pretty scared
up leg but never saw that part but he still looked impressive.
