I have a quick question in regard to diet.
I’ve had the same diet going for so long and I’m getting extremely tired of my first meal. I don’t compete or plan to. I’ve always done this for fun.
My meal 1 is currently:
80g oats
32g whey iso
100g banana
100g blueberry
27g honey
4 eggs
I want to change a few things. I’d like to substitute Ezekiel bread English muffins replacing the oats and keep everything else the same while adding a slice of cheese and Canadian bacon or turkey bacon to make egg McMuffins. Would taking away oats and replacing with Ezekiel bread English muffins change much (if anything) to a physique or performance if the macros are nearly identical?
Would love some feedback. Thanks
