Changing diet a bit

I have a quick question in regard to diet.

I’ve had the same diet going for so long and I’m getting extremely tired of my first meal. I don’t compete or plan to. I’ve always done this for fun.

My meal 1 is currently:
80g oats
32g whey iso
100g banana
100g blueberry
27g honey
4 eggs

I want to change a few things. I’d like to substitute Ezekiel bread English muffins replacing the oats and keep everything else the same while adding a slice of cheese and Canadian bacon or turkey bacon to make egg McMuffins. Would taking away oats and replacing with Ezekiel bread English muffins change much (if anything) to a physique or performance if the macros are nearly identical?

Would love some feedback. Thanks
 
as long as the macros / cals are pretty close it will change absolutely nothing.

I barely post here, so yes — this is a genuine question. No need to get hostile over it.
 
I know you look good and that will be because of your consistency with your diet but come on just make the swop. Don't overthink these things. What's the worst that can happen. The same macros and you might enjoy the meal a lot more so make the change and don't overthink things. If you notice any negative changes you can just go back to the old meal. Incidentally I have just ate and entire loaf of cranberry, raisin and cashew nut bread :D

A calorie is a calorie. I love egg sandwiches for breakfast. Eggs, ham, just enough tomato so I don't die early but you can't taste it. Just count calories.
 
Do you guys thing im going to make better gains by switching from Chipotle to El Pollo Loco?

All calories are a unit of energy but all macros are not used the same in the body and will not result in the same body composition.
 
Almond butter gives more max gainz than peanut butter.
 
Switching any macro sources with another quality source won't matter much as long as your body digests it well.
 
You never heard of PB MAX. PB MAX was unbeatable. So unbeatable they discontinued it because it was so effective. They didnt call it almond max!!!

PB Max was def a solid chocolate bar. I think Reeses has something very similar now.
 
It's got the taste but it lacks the soul. And by soul I mean the pure trash that made pb max exquisite.

It doesn't sound like a bad swap. If you're trying to macro match, plug both meals into a calorie tracking app and make adjustments as needed

Sure. Here, in this context, he asked if switching out one type of bread for another type of bread is going to make a difference in his physique. Unless the energy consumed (calories) are different, no it wont make a difference.

Myself I don't count macros, just calories. If each of my six meals looks like 200g of chicken and 200g of potatoes, I'm pretty sure I'm good in the protein/carb department.

I also don't count how many milligrams of vitamin C I eat for the same reason. If each of my six meals has a serving or two from the fruits & veggies group, I'm pretty sure I'm good in that department.
 
honestly....just skip it all together for a few weeks. fast in the morning. do a few scoops of bcaa and eaa and have a cup of coffee.

think about lunch, i promise NOTHING will happen.
