Starting my spring diet and cut this weekend and was thinking about changing up some things a little.
I have always run 3-5iu ED of GH that I pin pre workout, all at one time and then pin 10-15iu of R slin about 30 mins later.
Thinking about this year splitting GH and slin up.
1/2 GH before breakfast along with 5iu slin.
1/2 GH pre workout along with 10iu slin.
Any real advantage or benefit to splitting it up or just stick to what has always worked?
