I just saw an article on MSN where Charlie Sheen is admitting to using performance enhancing drugs while filming Major League. He went on to say that he used steriods (not mentioned which ones) for three months. He went on to mention that he put a good 7-8 miles per hour on his fastball. Charlie then suggested that the compounds used began to take a toll on his body, specifically tendons and ligaments. I know Charlie has a reputation for drug use but I would have never guessed dbol! Makes me wonder who else in Hollywood uses gear.

My advice to Charlie, if you use gear ... workout.

A LOT of people in Hollywood use gear. As far as him adding 7-8 mph, not surprising when he only throws 60 to begin with. That's not a shot at him, but if you watch the movie when he strikes the guy out at the end, when it registers 100, if anyone knows anything about baseball, they die laughing at it. He throws a hanging slider 100, gtfoh

I agree, I have seen actors bulk up quick and at the same time, lose a ton of weight just as quick.. and anyone that says no, it's nutrition and workouts, they're fooling themselves.

Would you risk losing $3million or more for a movie if you couldn't add 20 pounds of muscle? Hell, i would take what the fuck ever I needed too, but thats just me.

I think actors are under even more pressure from the media than bodybuilders. Chris Evans had to do interview after interview saying that it took incredible hard work to get his physique. His career would be over if it turned out Captian America did steriods
