Anyone put their blood panels in ChatGPT for feedback.
I’ve been dealing with a high hemoglobin and hematocrit for years and in August scared the shit out of my Primary Dr on my yearly physical. I was sent to a hematologist for immediate blood removal. 21 hemoglobin and 65 hematocrit. 6 months have passed and 4 pints later I cancelled my hematologist appointment and pulled a full 110 marker blood test due to headaches that I can’t get rid of daily.
I usually run test cyp weekly to 200mg but added mast at the same dose from Jan-Aug along with a strict diet and cardio. Inj L carnitine at 250mg a day.
Felt great in August and looked my best at age 50.
Now in February feel like crap chasing my tail. Headache, no libido, dizzy, and join pain.
Ferritin was 9 and saturation was 9.
Hematocrit 55.9
Hemoglobin 17.4
A few other markers red all tied in to the same problem.
After putting everything I take and blood panels into ChatGPT it lined out a schedule to start fixing the problem with a repeat blood panel in 6-8 weeks.
Lowered test to 50mg every 3rd day.
No more blood donation
Iron with vitamin c every other day
Along with a few other things.
I couldn’t believe how far the hematologist took my levels down chasing my H&H
I started adding my meals, training, and cardio in.
It’s a great tool to use when you start doubting your dr opinion
