Cheap Organ Imaging

Just plugging this here because I never knew about this service. Just like we can all get cheap blood work and pay out of pocket using resources like Ulta Labs. It looks like now we can do the same with organ imaging.

I plan on using this most likely in the future because I like to get scans ever year or two (plus blood work of course). All credit goes to @ChaseIrons for this discovery. Thanks man for all that you do to keep us safe and bring great information to all of our eyes.

Yup I’m getting an abdominal MRI done Friday using these guys. $360 for the MRI, $40 for the referral. Didn’t have to speak or explain myself to anyone. Great tool for us to get all sorts of imaging done

Much easier than giving your doctor a load of bullshit symptoms in order for him to order a set of ultrasounds or scans. I don’t know about that i have a friend that is going to interpret for me but the real reason im doing it is to gauge my visceral fat burning progress and that’s easy for me to read myself

Yes i did this a couple months ago. It’s 3x the cost. I presented that to my following and a very select number of individuals can afford to do that. $300 is definitely more reasonable

I know I am late to the party and digging up an old thread, but this was super helpful. I recently had Abdominoplasty surgery to repair diastasis recti. I wanted to get a CT scan to confirm the abdominal muscles have been put back together tightly.

This is pretty interesting. That is a ganga of a deal not just for the imaging but just as importantly, I am assuming it includes a read by a legitimate Radiologist (or so they say).These are some of the highest paid specialist doctors in the entire field.

With the grip that insurance companies have over medical and just the entire medical bureaucracy in the USA, I am shocked this exists.

I did recently ask my primary care physican to provide with an order for the CT Scan to check on the quality of the healing from the surgey and she did grant it to me. I am having the CT scan performed June 2nd now. If all looks like I will be 9 weeks post surgey and plan to start working out again, which has been hard for me being out of the gym this long.

Man I know the feeling I get mad at myself when I miss the gym. Which is extremely rare but when I do it’s not for being lazy. It just because of working late or something like that. Gym is a great addiction lol.
