I did calculation from what i researched for cheapest protein source.
1.whole eggs
2.Chunk Tuna in can
3.Extra lean ground beef(Family pack)
Carbs are cheap. Basmati rice and Big Oats,brocolli
Fat: Extra virgin olive oil, Fat in egg yolk and Fat in xlean beef.
This is a 4 Meal/day meal plan.
Breakfast:-5 whole eggs Hardboilled Runny yolk
-1 cup of Big Old fashion oats
Lunch:-2 can of tuna drained
-1 packet of Basmati White rice
-1 tablespoon of Extra virgin Olive oil on the tuna
-1 cup chopped brocolli
Diner:-10 oz Extra lean ground beef cook in coconut oil
-1 packet of Basmati white rice
-1 cup Chopped Brocolli
8:00pm:-6 oz extra lean ground beef cook in Coconut oil
-1 packet of Basmati White rice
-1 cup chopped brocolli
This is 200G of Protein per day.
How does this Look? Good or Bad?
