Do you know where i can find some omega 3 which doesnt cost alot but are in very good quality?Im on a budget now and cant affored costly things. Is true proteins fish oil good?
You use a cheap fish oil that is not purified and it is unhealthier than not taking it at all............but you will save a buck or 2
Twinlab makes a really cheap cod liver oil, liquid not pills though.
Lately been getting all my Omega-3, milk thistle, ala, grape seed extract etc from Walgreens. They run some good specials.CVS and Walgreens often have 2 for 1 sales on their vitamins/supps.
Bro..as much as i like your advice..you still didnt answer the question.I said i wanted quality...but the cheapest price there is.Thanks
I do not think I am your BRO..and I aint your mammy neither.....how about looking up stuff yourself .........ever think of that?

I use Kirkland brand found at Costco. Its usually $8.99 for 400 1000mg fish oil caps. Occasionally there's a coupon for $2.50 off, so I stock up and get like 4-6 bottles @ $6.50 each. Never seen a better deal.
