cheapest omega 3 around?

Do you know where i can find some omega 3 which doesnt cost alot but are in very good quality?Im on a budget now and cant affored costly things.Is true proteins fish oil good?

TP fish oil = great

I take TPs and am very happy with them- I don't know if it's the very cheapest around, but it I'd bet it's one of the best and fulfills it's claims of potency. If you don't mind laying out the initial money to buy 1000 I'd say you can't go wrong.

Fresh Flax oil or use Milled Flax seeds, this will add a nice balance of fibre to your diet too. Not cheap though.

with fats spending for quality is best

I dont think youll find a better deal then 1000 caps from TP for somethin like 25 bucks. Plus you know its quality. I used to pay out the ass for beverly's. It was somethin like 18 bucks for 100.....

I use Kirkland brand found at Costco. Its usually $8.99 for 400 1000mg fish oil caps. Occasionally there's a coupon for $2.50 off, so I stock up and get like 4-6 bottles @ $6.50 each. Never seen a better deal.

They make pills I bought them 2 weeks ago actually. It also has vitamin D and A in it. Came in a 250softgels at vitamin shoppe. I think they were on sale though. It was a good deal.

The purest and "cheapest" Omega 3 source is get Lovaza / Omacor.

You need a prescription to get them though, so you have to know a "good doctor".

with fishoil you want to have a as high ratio of EPA/DHA possible, as quality goes. i always use the ones from Iherb.com. Good quality and price.
