What is most important is to make sure you only use Cold filtered/processed Whey. Make sure that it is not exposed to heat during the drying process either as heat seriously denatures protein and makes it pretty much useless.
My favorites right now are
Xtreme Formulations
TruNutrition TruTien.
Beverly Nutrition
PVL (canadian company) makes excellent proteins and you can frequently find them on sale.
I have never used TrueProtein as their shipping gets a little expensive and if you search around you can always find great deals on quality proteins, but I have yet to read a negative review about their protein. Again, always get Cold Filtered whey. I personally like a isolate/concentrate/Hydro blend which is high in di and tri peptides. Concentrates have some really important subfractions which get lost in the processing of isolate, and Hydro is quickly absorbed by the body and has it own separate benefits apart from traditional whey.
