Hey, was reading all these posts and as many have mentioned...EGGS!! But as many have also said, you can get gassy and burn out with the same thing every day. But also, some that don't live in a farming community will pay more for eggs, like $3-4 for a dozen. I like using powdered peanut butter in my shakes just to mix things up a little and the site I get my P-PB from is an Emergency Food Supply Company for Shelters, Camping, Hiking, ect. Chicken thighs are always about $0.50 cheaper than breast around me... A little fattier but taste wayyyyy better

and if so, please elaborate on how you live your life without having the kind of gas that can clear a room. i used to buy the bulk cartons of egg whites from Costco and i can tell you drinking a whole carton a day was bad news. worst. farts. ever. and they were frequent.
