Grocery ads this week near me. I just bought thighs last week for .79 cents a pound

I get the kirkland egg whites at costco for about $9. They come with 6 16oz containers. About 300 grams of total protein.

Yep I do too. I have one container every day split between 2 shakes
 
Store brand tuna cans are never more than .59 cents a piece. Probably not the best protein source, but beside protein powder how do you get 25 plus grams of protein for cheaper than that? I ate two cans chunk lite, with 1/2 cup cottage cheese and chopped pickles and mustard for lunch every single day at work for like 9 years. This is 65ish grams of protein in this meal and costs less than 1.50
I went to Walmart and that morning saw this post took a screenshot
While I was there, was like let me try it out. Picked up fat free cottage 8 cans of light tuna.

Had it for breakfast 6 grams carbs 57 grams protein .5 cup and 2 cans tuna

Makes a great addition to my food list , more things you can rotate in and out , really helps stay on meal plan

because this shit get tedious

Funny , fat cottage cheese was always recommended before but now it's more underrated. I haven't had it for a while as I am a little worried with the dairy, but it always digested way better than ff greek yogurt. It's also way cheaper. 4 servings of something lik fage ff greek yogurt is like 5-7 dollars for 4 servings whereas cottage cheese is like 1-2$ for 4-5 servings but a serving is .5 cup vs 1.

I like canned tuna too but I am not comfortable with the whole mercury poisoning thing. I don’t like to eat it everyday anymore
 
slightly off-topic, but you could fast one day a week to save money, just take a few amino acids and/or liver tabs every hour around the clock, in order to minimize muscle wasting, and drink plenty of water, preferably mixed with apple cider vinegar

of course, the extra $10-$20 savings per week probably isn't going make or break your new budget!
 
tuna cans, liquid egg whites, go to Mexican carniceria for your meats
(never buy arrachera that is the white folk expensive carne asada, get PALOMILLA its way better cut and fattier, even diesmillo is better just ask for it "preparada" aka pre-marinated they mostly just use orange juice or tampico, onions, pepper, garlic, cumin, etc) or make friend with local butcher and dairy farm , and fast 1 or 2 days like cerebrus said... walmart ON brand WHEY chocolate 22$/22 scoops

I live in curry and cream of mushroom chicken. I got cheap and inexpensive curry recipe from @heavyhitter and I make enough for a few days, chicken stays JUICY and tender, and its jet fuel bros. Coconut cream + curry paste + spices + frozen chicken + potatoes and voila
I also add sour cream lol

cream of chicken mushroom (frozen chicken, 1.60$ can of cambells cream of mushroom) + rice
buy rice in bulk

frozen anything is cheaper, veggies and fruit flash frozen maintains better nutrient profile typically due to the variables of environmental degradation etc that fresh foot undergoes + oxidization

buy kefir grains and you can make your own kefir indefinitely by reusing, greek yogurt is bs, kefir dwarfs it and is healthier and more nutrient dense.
you can do the same and make coconut yogurt jam packed with probiotics, I remember reading prebiotics inactivate the probiotic fermentation process when making at home yogurt

+insulin is CHEAP at Walmart, cycle lasts much longer than AAS, stack with test hrt dose and its plenty in addition to a spot on diet and training regimen
I've made more gains on minimal compounds in 30s than I did blasting gear in 20s, the only thing I'm forgetting is dick skin conditioning, throw proviron in there to free up a grip more test and it will feel like nearly double what you're injecting + low dose cialis instead of EQ

I ate 2 cans a day for 13 years and never had an elevated mercury level on heavy metal tests. So who knows. Also, just something to consider but chunk lite tuna contains considerably less mercury than larger sport fish like albacore

me too. nancy reagans DARE and anti-drug campaign really frightened me about the dangers of using drugs. I didn't want to end up like the sizzling eggs henry Rollins (singer of black flag) threw against the kitchen wall "this is your brain on drugs" DARE commercial in the 90s lol.

if he's concerned about the mercury, a good humic/fulvic acids blend could help detox and be some good health insurance
