How often do you have them?

Pizza, a couple times a month. My kcals are always in check though, so it's not really a cheat day as much as it's just a macro adjustment for the day ;)

Ihop Colorado Omlet with 5 buttermilk pancakes drown in Boysenberry syrup. Then 5 more to eat an HR or.ao later when they will fit.

It's cold and rainy here today in the Midwest.....so we are doing homemade chili, 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, strawberry salad, and homemade cinnamon rolls that my wife and daughter make! It's hard to beat fresh cinnamon rolls right out of the oven!!!!

Having a lil cheat meal tonight. Nothing crazy. I prefer cooking my own meals unless im going to somewhere high end. I grew up in the kitchen as my Dad is a Chef. Most of my meals > typical restaurants. I also like to control the fat, butter, and bullshit they toss into my food.

90/10 grass fed burger - 8oz
4 spicy salmon/tuna rolls
home made cauliflower pizza (stole this from John Jewett off youtube)

Ill take 3 matador/3 ravenous 15 mins prior to eating. 1g metformin pre bed. This is my last meal of the night.
