Having a lil cheat meal tonight. Nothing crazy. I prefer cooking my own meals unless im going to somewhere high end. I grew up in the kitchen as my Dad is a Chef. Most of my meals > typical restaurants. I also like to control the fat, butter, and bullshit they toss into my food.

Ill take 3 matador/3 ravenous 15 mins prior to eating. 1g metformin pre bed. This is my last meal of the night.
