have any one notice different water retain when eat certain cheat meals - such as high carb high sodium compare to low sodium high carb cheat ?

Well yeah… of course a giant influx of sodium will cause water retention. Kind of a given.

As for avoiding this? I guess keeping sodium high all the time and not having binging cheat meals.
 
High glycemic carbs , high sodium and alcohol and your going to retain lots of water
 
Carbs are like sponges and soak up water. The body stores more water to dilute high sodium levels till they can be excreted. 3 ways to cure water retention that i know of drugs(which i don't recommend, stop the cheat meal or wait a couple days for the bloating to pass.
