I've been clean bulking for about 3 weeks now. I'm running test, dbol, arimidex, CJC DAC and GHRP 2. I've shot up in weight, adding about 12lbs in 2 weeks but came down with a head cold yesterday. I've been laying low and felt lazy so I ordered a pizza. Holy crap the pump after eating it! I felt like I just did an hour in the gym! At least that made missing the gym worth it!

Same thing just happened to me now. My body got a huge shock tonight eating a massive birthday cheat meal when it hasn't had over 200 carbs in 6 weeks. Only happens when you're really lean
 
Bacon pizza or bacon cheese fries works wonders. I do intermittent fasting and today is my 24hr fast. Last meal was 530pm last night.

Tonight I will splurge on a phenomenal wood oven fired pizza with bacon and pepperoni ( cooks in less than 90 seconds). When I do this I see a change little early within the hour. Veins and fullness are unreal. No spillover.

Sometimes I will have a little bit of a cleaner cheat meal and it's not really a cheat meal but a carb supercompensation meal which consists of a bunch of cream of rice and protein powder, PB2 powdered peanut butter and sugar free Nestle's chocolate syrup....I absolutely love this combination and I thank John Meadows for introducing me to cream of rice.

If u deplete yourself really bad and have a huge cheat meal, you are going to experience extreme pump especially when u are really lean.

Either cheat meal or refeed.
