I had my wedding this weekend and the wife and I wanted to do a burger challenge. It was a 2lb burger and you had 30 minutes. I got mine down (with no strategy mind you lol) in 6 minutes, 10 seconds. My brother was the only other one to finish in 17:40.
After that, we decided to show off a little and I wanted to see how much I could eat (I don't condone this behavior haha). I ate:
A box of cinnamon toast crunch
2 slices of ice cream cake with peanut butter
3 donuts
3 cookies
2 burritos
half a pepperoni pizza
A nutrageous candy bar
Then I was done. I fasted roughly 18 hours after that lol.
No regrets. I was up 6lbs morning weight but now, three days later, I'm back at my setpointThat sir is how a cheat meal is done lol
How do you know when you need two cheat meals a week? I am at 2600 calories and be is 8.3 I been told I look lower . Saturday i had one and Sunday I was down. Yesterday up .4, do usually 3rd day I am down. Input?
2600 sounds really low already, what's your stats?
