How do you know when you need two cheat meals a week? I am at 2600 calories and be is 8.3 I been told I look lower . Saturday i had one and Sunday I was down. Yesterday up .4, do usually 3rd day I am down. Input?
 
What does your cheat meal consist of
 
Lots more info would be needed to give a proper answer. Your goal - what are you dieting for, current pics, current diet drugs etc.

If on a pre-contest diet instead of having two cheatmeals I would raise the daily calories slightly and only have 1 cheatmeal, 1.5-2lbs weight loss per week is perfect. If losing too fast add some food to daily diet, easier to keep track that adding an extra cheatmeal
 
What's the goal?
Are you prepping?
Age? Height? Weight?
Years Training?

From the limited amount of information i would say no you do not need two cheat meals, if you were fat
I would also say you do need two cheat meals, if you were skinny
 
Why not bump up calories every day instead?
If you're referencing bodyfat percentages.. how are you measuring? BF measuring is not very accurate. Especially after a "cheat meal" consisting of a bunch of carbs and sodium...
 
Getting bf done by calipers. I had 26in pizza, 2 hlazw d donuts with ice cream on it, and two frozen cookies
I am getting lean got me. Using 600 test e and 400 mg of masteron e. Starting car Friday with maybe t3. Firsm believer in diet and cardio
 
Depending on your current body weight you may be to far under calories , if prefer to increase the daily calories of clean food and keep to one schedule refeed/loading meal a week

I had my wedding this weekend and the wife and I wanted to do a burger challenge. It was a 2lb burger and you had 30 minutes. I got mine down (with no strategy mind you lol) in 6 minutes, 10 seconds. My brother was the only other one to finish in 17:40.

After that, we decided to show off a little and I wanted to see how much I could eat (I don't condone this behavior haha). I ate:

A box of cinnamon toast crunch
2 slices of ice cream cake with peanut butter
3 donuts
3 cookies
2 burritos
half a pepperoni pizza
A nutrageous candy bar

Then I was done. I fasted roughly 18 hours after that lol.

2600 sounds really low already, what's your stats?

Stats are everything.

Currently I have one reefed meal through the week (Hi calories of the same foods I already eat with a focus on more carbs)....and then a legitimate cheat meal every two weeks.

But my cheat meals typically contain no candy as I don't care for sweets. I'm more of a Hot Wing, Hot Sauce, Spicy food kind of guy.
