No cheat meals here
as im working with phil as well and am training for my national over here
the masters class over 40
and want to come in better shape then i was
and working with phil i know i will with him magic
and if i have a cheat he will kick my ass
and if you do too

Oh I know Phil would not like me cheating thats why I fantasize about cheating becuase I know I can't lol I ask all my clients if they have eaten anything good everyday so I can live through them haha
