I don't know how you guys do it, 1 cheat meal a week is it. I cheat everyday !!
I eat 6 meals aday. 3 good meals, 1 cheat, and 2 shakes.
My cheat meals consist of, KFC, burgerking, etc.
My wife is a great cook, and I love to eat.
I stay at 12-14 BF.
Im am now trying for 10% though.
