Wassup bros,

During the precontest phase, what kind of cheat meals you guys do?

I've been having the same old two pizzas (from whatever place has a coupon going on) as a meal and I need to mix it up a bit.

What are your favorite cheat meals? Nothing too bananas that would blow the diet out though. I was thinking maybe some chicken wings with the pizza?

It has to be actually worth it though. Like I like spaghetti... clearly not eating that precontest, but I'm not wasting a cheat meal on that shit either.

All you can eat sushi? What you got? Inspire me!
 
I do all you can eat sushi with hibachi grill.

Shit load of chicken/steak fajitas, chips/salsa

Whatever I feel like eating at a sushi restaurant is how I get down..
 
I try not to have much cheat meals aside from social events/family get together so I guess it varies for me :D
 
I started making my own cheat meals. Hamburger, rice, cheese and ketchup for example then throw in a couple peanut butter and honey sandwiches and finish with a bowl of cereal. I did it this way the last 6 weeks prior to my contest every Saturday night after I trained legs. When I was going out to restaurants I would eat various things....pizza, hamburgers, fries, buffets etc. and I would hold too much water for too long after the cheat night. I felt I needed to eat meals that would be more in line with what I would eat the morning of my show. I salted all my meals so what ever I was getting from the restaurants was far and above what I was use to.....I needed more control.
