Damn it man. 9.5 weeks to show, just broke down. I was throwing the football with my son and got all shaky and light headed. Went inside and just needed to eat so I started with a peanut butter and jelly (light jelly) sandwich with a glass of soy milk, then Cheerios with whey protien, then a turkey sandwich, I couldn't stop eating. Feel kinda stupid now. No real bad foods (well maybe peanut butter) Diet just wore me down some. This ever happened to anybody??
