I love a feel good story but that loose skin has to go somewhere and he had a lot of it. I just dont see how that happened in 7 months.

His stomach had rolls of fat, you dont get fat like that all the sudden in 3 months and his waist with his fat is way larger and the skin doesnt just shrink back down that fast.

dont matter if it was 7 months or 5 years he should be proud of a job well done and thankful to have elastic skin .. i dont think he would be as lucky if he was older or held the weight longer ..

Regardless it's a great transformation. How tall is he? Reason I ask is that if he is over 5 foot 3 or 4 that waist in the befores looks waaaay bigger than 37 inches . . T

If you think about it, it's not different a pregnant woman.

I on the other hand was not so lucky. Was fat for 17 years, dropped 100 pounds in 10 months or so...and still have a shit ton of loose skin almost two years later.
