That's not what I was saying at all,just that if he's been training with you for two years it would have been good to see what he looked like before so it could be possible to know how much he's improved since he's been with you.

its me. and this picture was never intended for this board so in phil's defense that is why it was taken at a distance. i was down to almost 230lbs and thought i would show him what i managed on his diet. i think he has only seen pictures of me hovering around 240-50 and i dont think he was ever really impressed, lol. did little to no cardio, just manipulated the diet and the percentages. the goal was 225 but i never made as once i got to the beach i began eatting and didnt stop until it was time to leave 6 days later. just leaned out to look pretty at the beach. thanks for the compliments, in the process right now of adding another 10-12lb, beat mainevent, win an overall and then i think i will be done and retire.
