Kick ass Gym!! I enjoyed the video and learned a new exercise also,the over head cross cable cant wait to try it! He sounds like a good dude too!

Shiloe is a nice guy, but I have a serious problem with what he does competition wise. I don't think it's courteous to trophy hunt. He's a national level guy who's won the Team U heavies TWICE. Unless he loses his qualification, he should respect up and coming bodybuilders by not smashing them at local shows.

If you're a nobody, trying to be a somebody, all you're looking for is to get your class win. From there, you can spend a year getting ready for juniors or whatever, and keep taking steps to get better. If a guy like Steinmetz shows up, and another great competitor is in your class, you get wiped out.

I guess, to me, it's like going back to little league when you're 14. Nobody likes a Danny Almonte (obscure joke).

That... and I'm sorry, but he needs to stop claming natural. I don't often point fingers, but I'll point all my fat fingers in his direction for a user. Let the naturals be natural and let the non-tested guys compete together. It's only fair.
