Aloha PM,

Genetically gifted. His tendon strength and explosive power are indeed rare. Hopefully he has a coach that will 'guide' him correctly on his quest to the olympics. IMHO he needs to emphasize 'recovery training' to preserve his joints, and vary his volume, load and intensity.

bat in BP for sam one that is 130k to do 230k not soo much
in my gim 2 of my frend lift BP
1)he is 92k and doing 170k BP (25y)
2)enather frend is 98k lifts 202.5k(20y)
i myself 82.5k lifts 155k
and with aut a bench shirt
with bench shirt we lift much more
