Great post. Glad somebody else saw this. I was going nuts during the game. Personally I'm a Bears fan so I could care less about either team but as a high school football coach I absolutely hate stupid ass officiating. The damn replay showed it during the game yet somehow slipped through during the review. Weird.

I always understood the ruling to be "In control" not just touching the ball.

I saw the cover bro. It shows the possession but not the rear foot touching.

I know, it is a conspircy. Sounds like bitter ex Seattle fans. That tape was shown on national TV, there has to be evicence to over turn the call by the referee, there wasn't enough. It was inconclusive, not the first time, not the last.

First: I'm not debating Steelers should not of won. Nor am I saying the cardinals should have. But the Steelers did and there is no erasing that.

In picture 10 do the ctrl+scroll, his foot isn't touching.

In picture 11, it obvious no zoom needed.

In picture 12, it looks like it is and it may be, but if it is then are the reporters feet a couple inches into the ground... what I'm saying is the angle of either the picture was taken or the *slight* slope of the field doesn't allow you to see his feet actually touching... but I would put money on it it is BUT you can't see it.

I also want to say it was not a bad call. Whether he touched or not, I respect the call.

This is correct. There has to be substantial evidence to overturn the original call. It is inconclusive. Heck, even with the "stills" people still aren't sure.

And I was pulling for the Cardinals.
