I thought I would get used to seeing his results, but every time new photos are posted I am amazed by how crazy the transformations can be.
My wife is pregnant at the moment and is paranoid about losing her baby weight. She's a tiny 45 kgs with a great bikini body prior to pregnancy. Might need to give you a call come March

I was thinking the same thing. I would have called bullshit, she looks like a different person. Do you have any pictures of Jamie in the offseason? I bet she looks great all year long.

Thank you everyone for all the kind words.
It still shocks me to look at these pics and see the changes we were able to make.
It certainly has taken a lot of blood, sweat, and tears on my part. But, this transformation is a result of an entire team of people who have helped me in a number of different ways. Without Shelby taking care of my nutrition & cardio, John Meadows taking care of my training, Kenny Wallach taking care of my posing and Flex taking care of all other aspects of me lol I could have never made it to this point. I am forever grateful to them all.
