I dont normally use it but What are the best kinds out there, Im pretty addicted to jarlsberg sp?? taste amazing if I whip up some bison burgers on my cheat meal day but Im looking to try new kinds because there is a lot of different cheeses at this one store I go to and would like to try different kinds with health being first priority.

alpine swiss......small holes medium cheese
yogurt cheese....very smooth mild
somerset cheddar....sharp
