Over the years of training and using numerous different chemical agents to get that big pro bodybuilder look that I was obsessed with when I was a 17 year old kid , I found out on my own that there is no magic pill or sunstance to make me what I wanted to be .
What I did find out is that the better I ate , the more I ate and the harder I trained the more I grew. Of course , I had used and my first cycle was deca and anavar back in 1984 ,...lmao I worked like a charm on my virgin body but not to what I expected .
What I do see is that guys are just putting everything they can into themselves to get huge and ripped .And I feel , and from experience that the more shit you put into your body "IS NOT THE BETTER" .
Yes, I have built up my usage and my weight went up , but when all is said and done its the minor stuff that worked the best .
I do go and have my bloods and liver checked by a sports med doc , I did learn from mistakes over the years . And I am preaching here from my own experience to the younger guys that you DO NOT need to fill your body with excessive amounts of sauce to get the body you want.
1.Nutrition
2.Rest
3.Train hard and consistent
4.Supplements
5. Gear and Such is last
Some may disagree as for what I am saying, though I am saying from "MY" experience that this is what I found out and what mistakes I did make and would like to pass on.
On the web , and we all know about the cyber guru's that say "OH YEAH" just take all this shit and you will be huge . But its not true !
