Chest pain left side w back pain

I have a weird pain in the left side of my chest and a similar pain in the same spot on my back just under left shoulder blade. I am on NPP 350mg a week and test c 600mg/week. Taking caber 1mg per week and 1mg Adex eod. 4iu gh daily. Had an ekg a couple Mo ago and was fine. Gna get blood work this week.

Any idea what this could be? Is it muscular or have ppl had similar experiences w NPP? It’s not a sharp pain it’s a dull pain and hurts when I cough
