And FYI guys, it hurts when I flex my chest on the bottom outside of my peck towards my armpit. Almost in my armpit and outside of bottom peck. It's also tight when stretching. I've been actually trying not to stretch it so it will heal. Do you think shoulder press is ok? Maybe a little incline press?
