Brown up chicken tenders in your pan.
Remove and add a teaspoon of Olive Oil and Chopped Mushrooms with some Garlic and Onions
After Garlic and Onions go translucent add the chicken back to the pan and cook for two to three minutes.
Then add 1/2 cup of white wine to the pan and reduce by half.
Put rice on a dish and add chicken. Then pour the rest of the pan contents over the top of the chicken and rice.
Done and delicious.
