You can go real crazy and use turkey tenderloins. After years and years of prepping meals, it can be nice just to occasionally change things up with variety, even if it is as little as tenderloin instead of breast. Can even use thigh meat well trimmed and remove some of the other fats in the diet if someone is wanting a break from white meat, especially when not in a contest prep. Organic is preferable when using any dark meat especially.
