Chicken in a can!!

I don't mind the taste too much, it is better than canned tuna. but like most canned product its very high in sodium, plus I think the texture of it is too mushy. still good to have a couple cans around if you can't cook for some reason or are in a hurry

Try the sams club (members mark) one it has nevery been mushy, decent with some brown rice cooked with chicken broth!

I've tried that a few times, and it seems intolerably too dry. The Walmart brand, Great Value, IMO is much better. I eat a can for lunch most days eating it on a pork rind or Cheez-It cracker or . . .

I usually keep a dozen or so on hand for a quick eat. I buy the low sodium ones...forget what brand. Some of them are packed with sodium if you don't pay attention to which brand you buy.

In a pinch, ramen and canned chicken works. It's kinda nasty but your getting what you need for the time being.

Im gonna have to give that a try, pork rhind you say sounds interesting!!

sounds good, my quick one is canned chicken or tuna, mixed with boil in a bag brown rice (microwave of course!) i will add some ramenseason pack for extra flavor, i know sodium out the ass! oh well taste good.

Costco brand here. Great on a salad when on low carb diet or makes a good sandwich.
