After reading Dr Scott's book how to be your own bodybuilding coach, I've structured my diet and meals accordingly to his principles and also made the effort to be creative with my meals.
Not a huge fan of chikcen, hence trying to find ways to enjoy it and PB with a boat load of Cinnamon (which is surprisingly high in fibre) with some unsweetned almond milk, used to create a paste and mixed in with shredded chikcen breast goes down extremely well, almost like a treat.
If you can afford the carbs, then honey really completes it. You guys in the US have a lot more creative options with zero carb/fat toppings.
His book is great by the way, highly recommended.
