China factories starting to re-open?

I've seen a couple of posts that mention factories starting to re-open and ramp up production. Anyone heard similar? Maybe the "beginning of the end" of the raws shortage.

I had heard that some of the legitimate suppliers over there (the licensed ones that supply some of the bigger ugls), had to go through court trials regarding banned products (like Viagra and other small shit)...They were only going to be hit with fines and be able to continue business as usual.

So once their cases are over, it's back to work for them.

edit: If I were one of these ugl's I'd cut off raw purchases entirely...Clean the market up of all these fly-by-night sources that pop up out of the woodwork taking business with dirty homebrewed product.

Prices should probably be much higher , hell you inject and ingest it!
they will lose % in shipment

And there will probably be a good flood of bad raws to begin with , and will have to be eaten .

Once supply picks up again, sources will pop right back. You can't control a black market.

Looks like they have everything but oral minox. I just successfully put an order through with ADC but that's a roll of the dice at this point. Good to have a backup.

If anyone has site for the oral minox, let us know.
