chineese clen??

anyone ever seen clen from china? its a small white bottle with 100 tabs of 40mcg ea. small white tabs. the whole bottle is in chineese, no english at all.
ive heard of the 40mcg clen but it comes in blister packs not bottles.
i also did a seagh for pics of them and found nothing.
i appreciate anyones advice on them.
