We've had some good discussions about how limiting the range of motion for bench presses and overhead presses might make the movement safer and more effective ... What about chinups or pulldowns? Some folks claim the bar needs to touch your chest or even down to the nipples, yet others claim that the stretch part of the motion is more important and just reaching your nose or the top of your head is plenty as long as you get a good stretch. So, what do YOU think is the best way to work chins and pulldowns?
