I want to thank Choice for choosing me to do this log.I haven’t trained in 10 weeks and have only been using 125mg/week of test cyp.Work and 2 small kids made in extremely hard to get to the gym but now work has slowed up and it’s time for me to get back into shape.Doing this log will keep me accountable,as you can see from the pic in the previous post Choice was very generous in what he sent me. So my plan is to do 750mg test E,400 tren E and 300 mast P(E was out of stock) per week. I did my first shot this morning,1ml of each in the syringe and I put half in my quad and other half in my shoulder.I injected with a 25gauge but could have easily used a 27gauge. The stoppers were silicon which I love.My training will start off slow and build up as I get further in.My weight is 183 pounds at 5’6”.

It’s been 24 hours since my shoulder and quad shot. Absolutely no pip or soreness in either areas.Today I will train chest,shoulders,tris- 5 sets for each body part.It will be my first day training in 10 weeks so I will keep reps around 12-15 and use light weight concentrating on form.
 
Out of curiosity, what is your opinion of the short ester mast along side the long ester test and tren?

Is that what you prefer or was that what choice labs offfered up?

Choice was out of mast E so mast P it is .
 
I am already experiencing sleep issues from the tren and a bit of anxiety.Since I am already getting these sides I decided to keep the tren use to 300mg/week instead of 400mg for now.I can always increase back to 400mg in the future.I trained legs yesterday for the first time in 10 weeks so I took it easy ,I didn’t want to be crippled the following day.After legs I did 20 minutes on the elliptical
 
I like what I’m hearing thanks mike ..
I know U well have a solid body recomposition
 
Today I trained back and bi’s. Just 8 sets for back and 6 for bi’s. I am still taking it easy,next week I will go a little heavier and add a few more sets per body part .Dinner tonight was cilantro lime chicken tacos with a side of store bought pineapple habanero pepper guacamole (not in picture )

My morning shake - 1 scoop True Nutrition Whey ISO ,1 scoop True Nutrition pea iso, 1 cup frozen blueberries,3/4 cup oats,1 tablespoon coconut oil and 2.5 tbsp organic cacao powder

I did Chest,shoulders ,tri’s today
4 sets seated machine bench press
4 sets standing cable fly/press
4 sets seated machine shoulder press
4 sets side lateral raises
4 sets dips
Workout was great,even with the little sleep I have been getting. The tren is really making it differcult to stay asleep.I am already looking forward to my leg workout tomorrow
 
Did some light legs and 20 minutes cardio on the elliptical .My dinner from last night,ground turkey with peppers,onion,Bella mushrooms with white rice

I would love to put on a few pounds of quality muscle. I will be 49 in February so health is starting to become a concern. This will be my last run with tren . After this is done I will most likely never go past 500mg test and maybe 200mg npp and keep it to 125mg test in between those short blasts.

Trained back and bi’s yesterday .
5 sets assisted pull ups
5 sets seated close grip cable rows
4 sets machine preacher curls
4 sets standings straight bar cable curls

After workout meal,hot Italian turkey sausage
