Choice Labs Test,Tren,Mast Log

I have been checking my bp with my home monitor the last couple of days because in the past when using tren it would raise bp and increase my resting hr. A couple of months ago I started using beet root powder and low dose daily cialis to control bp and this morning it was 112/68 . In the past with tren my bp has been as high as 160/100 so the beet root powder and low dose daily cialis is working better then expected
 
I did a few sets for legs yesterday and afterwards 20 minutes on the elliptical .
Today I did chest ,shoulders and tris
So I am 10 days in with the test,tren,mast -750,300,300. I am recuperating great ,I filled out a little and put on 3 pounds .Sleep sucks ,I can fall asleep no problem but after 3-4 hours asleep I am up and wide awake,even with 5mg melatonin at bedtime.I feel good,maybe a little anxiety at times but nothing horrible

Lately I am struggling with the 20 minutes of cardio I do 3 times/week. I blame the tren. On a positive note sleep has seemed to improve ,I wake up several times a night but am able to fall back to sleep and get 6 hours of sleep instead of the 3-4 I was getting. Strength is back to where it was before my 10 week layoff. I will most likely up the dose of tren to 400mg this week

I spoke too soon about my improved sleep.The last 2 nights I was only able to sleep 4-5 hours,just tossed and turned most of the night.
Yesterday’s workout -chest,shoulders and tri’s
4 sets inline bench Smith machine
4 sets cable flys
4 sets seated machine shoulder press
4 sets upright rows
4 sets tricep pulldowns
2 sets dips to failure

3 benadryl and 10 mg of melatonin puts me to sleep every time. Maybe give it a try Mike. Not sleeping sucks....

I take 5mg melatonin, I will try 10 .I have a huge bottle of Benadryl that I use for emergencies. When I take Benadryl I wake up feeling drugged (but at least I sleep ) ,thanks for the input ,much appreciated

I have been following a 3 day workout .
Day 1 Back,bi’s
Day 2 legs,cardio
Day 3 chest,shoulders ,tri’s
Repeat or take a day off if I feel I need one.So far I haven’t needed one so I have been training 7 days a week.I have been recovering very well and my strength improves every workout.My libido is very high which is unusual for me ,I haven’t really had a libido the last couple of months(even with 125mg/week of test cyp) .

Making progress but ur making good gains even so..

Mike try this easy stack for better sleep

Melatonin 10mg
Magnesium 500mg
Zinc 10mg
Verlarain 900mg
Lights out nite nite hahah

All are specifically good for fighting anxiety
Especially when cycling tren
 
I didn’t train today,I am way too sore . The rapid strength increase has caught up to me. I will be back at it tomorrow. I will be buying my bloodwork from Cratus Medical any day now and test total and free test ,uncapped which will show over 1500
