I didn’t train today,I am way too sore . The rapid strength increase has caught up to me. I will be back at it tomorrow. I will be buying my bloodwork from Cratus Medical any day now and test total and free test ,uncapped which will show over 1500

Very excited for this.

Just knocked out chest,shoulders,tri’s

Did legs and 25 minutes on the elliptical yesterday .Did back and bi’s today. Body weight this morning was 188 pounds. My strength has increased significantly over the past 3 weeks which in turn has had me pretty damn sore

I am putting this log on hold until Choice makes an appearance. As of now he hasn’t been active here for 5 days and his email is disabled. A few members haven’t received what they paid for so unless Choice gets his shit together I am calling it quits for now
