Hey guys. I forgot my old account and email but I've been here and on other forums on and off for 15 years. I rarely posted before. I've been off for 5 years and have only done 2 short cycles. Anyways, I want to get on hrt but I got my bloodwork results today and my triglycerides were over 400 which is really high according to the range and my hdl is at 27. So, I obviously need to take care of that. I'm taking fish oil and think I may try niacin as well. Also losing weight. I'm thinking an endocrinologist would definately not put me on hrt but I have read that higher estrogen and lower testosterone can be bad for your cholesterol so idk. What do u guys think. Spend time losing weight before going on trt or would it be better to try and get on it from an hrt doctor because testosterone seems to help me shed fat. I may be wrong in my thinking. I am no guru, just trying to learn so I may be wrong about this but would like to get on a dose of trt at about 200mg per week bc Idk if any would allow more than that. I'd like a doctor/endo to prescribe it bc of insurance but Idk the likelihood of that. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks all
