Hey all, first time posting here, just joined the forum recently but have been around for some time.
Had some questions regarding some bloodwork, specifically lipids and cholesterol.

Normally like to cycle all summer and drop to trt during the winter months.

This cycle was:
Test 600mg week
Tren a 200mg week
Winny 50mg ed

Started around March, as of now my cholesterol and lipids are out of whack. Stupidly I wasn’t using any supplements to protect myself.

HDL 0.31 nnmol
Non HDL 2.05nnmol
LDL 1.80nnmol
Cholesterol/HDL Cholesterol 7.6

Was wondering if I add in Niacin and Policosanol if that will bring my numbers back into proper ranges while I change out compounds and continue my cycle? Or do I have to back down to trt to get them back into proper ranges? Would like to continue my cycle till October.

Also- what’s everyone’s thought’s on statins? Keep reading a bunch of conflicting stuff and not sure what to believe.
 
Order few bottles of Citrus Bergamot and continue the cycle. But, I dont think continuing the same compounds till October is a good idea if you are concerned.

Will never run winny again. I've never ran anything that screwed up my cholesterol that much! Dropped it 2 weeks ago

Thinking about changing to one of the following.

Option 1:
Drop test down to 200
Up tren a to 350
Wait 6 weeks then add in 50mg anadrol (to suppress appetite) and then bump tren up to 700
Run till october

Option 2:
Keep test at 600, add in primo and eq at 600. Use MT2 for appetite suppression

Personally I'd drop test to trt dose, keep tren at the same dose add in mast and drop the oral. I love tren at 350mg but it's a high dose to run for a long time especially with bloods out of wack. That's just my opinion.

Really. You may just be better off dropping everything to get your bloods back in order. Or just dropping to trt. Being able to go shirtless isnt worth your heart health.

My bad, I've been reading up here a fair bit. Turns out the first time I was searching I misspelled Cholesterol.

Question for you though as you're involved in every thread that comes up.

If my diet is in check, ie. fish, rice, egg whites, avocados + hiit cardio ED
Then I add in pysillium husk, Krill oil, citrus bergamont, niacin, k2 and Tudca- will my levels drop into healthy ranges while remaining on cycle?

OR do I need to drop to TRT for 4-6 weeks and blast all the above supplements to get back into a normal range?

I'm thinking this as well. Issue is my dam endo follow up isn't for 2 weeks. Kinda want to know if I'm good to continue and just add in supplements or if I need to pull the plug.

if you need Statins I would go with Crestor. Its the only one that increased my good Cholestrol.

You need a very good quality fish oil and Hemp seed oil, mac nut oil. Take it with every meal. I hear very good things about Palumbos Omegalyze. About to try it myself.
 
I've been on crestor and it made me sick. Pravastatin was good.. but I've managed to lower mine on my own and doing use anything

Probably not, given exactly what you are taking. It will likely nullify damage to a good degree but probably won't normalize your lipids.

I'd follow that diet and supplement routine that you proposed (which is great, you did your research) and go back to TRT if you really want everything to get back in check. You can throw some HGH into the mix if you're worried about maintaining muscle
